A Procession in the Honour of Dr. Herbert O Wigwe, CFR By the People of Isiokpo

The people of Isiokpo in Rivers state, Nigeria embarked on a town-wide procession to mourn the loss of one their sons. This step with the testimonies of his kinsmen is no doubt an evidence of a life whose impacts was felt by everyone possible.
